Testimonials

I’ve always been in two minds about testimonial pages on websites, like anyone is going to post anything but glowing testimonials on their own websites. Don’t get me wrong, I love getting thank you mails, who wouldn’t, but I often wondered whether they mean anything to someone who doesn’t really know the couple. The result is that we’ve never had a testimonial page. Recently V asked me what it means when a photographer doesn’t have a testimonial page. About an hour later, this page was created.

Hello Vicky and Dror

I just wanted to say thank you for taking some wonderful shots of us, and you guys did really well considering we’re both people that hate a camera.

I also want to say that you made us feel comfortable at all times, which is another thing I was worried about, because I always feel so odd in front of a camera. And also for putting up with my crazy family on the day and waiting patiently for all of my family members to arrive for group photo’s. Everyone that’s seen the photo’s on your site loves them, my cousin in the UK says she cries everytime she looks at the photographs on the net.

We wanted to thank you for your contribution at our wedding, taking the most fantastic pictures, because as you know the day literally flies by and all we have left now is our very vague memories and your super photo’s to remind us of everything that happened.

We honestly could not have asked more from you, you not only delivered on our expectations but exceeded what we had hoped for!! You were present in every moment like a shadow.

We all still grin and talk about the wedding and how awesome Vicky & yourself were every couple of weeks, it may have something to do with living in a house where most rooms resemble a gallery featuring your work in varying massive sizes. We did try to keep it minimal but so much of the pics made for good artwork whether canvased or framed.

Well, Dror, I managed to bag you in the end for my big day and what a result!!!!! We are leaving for honeymoon after spending two days with our families. Having a sneek peek before we go away has just increased the smiles on our faces (if that is at all possible). We have just recently gotten back from honeymoon. Had an awesome time doing a bit of travelling and it was good to see the beach again. We had a look at your blog throughout our honeymoon and referred all our family and friends to take a look at the photos. They all completely freaked out!

Hey Dror, just finished looking through the photos. Lauren was in tears! All the emotions of the day came flooding back! A very big thank you to both you and Vicky! Graeme.

You guys were great fun. Again I really love our pics. I relive the day a little each morning before work, sitting in my dim office in London going through your pics again. Its hard to pick my favourite one, every day it changes and I spot something new in a photograph that I didn’t see the day before.
