Nicki and David at Toadbury Hall

Andrea (the birthday girl … hey you outed yourself) and I were in action this weekend at Toadbury Island for Nicki and David’s wedding. Intimate, classical and just really cool actually. Toadbury Island is a small island in the middle of the river at the bottom of Toadbury Hall, and now officially one of my favorite venues. The ceremony itself was in a clearing in the middle of a forest, reached via a wooden bridge, the forest was hung with crystals, photos and poems, so basically, island, forest, wooden bridges, add in the fact that I have recently been infatuated with Eugenio Recuenco’s work and all I could think about was fairytales – the edgy East European kind of course.
I’m only posting one image this week, I’m really swamped with albums.
