I just wanted to clarify a few things contained in our standard contract in terms of timelines and photographic style.

The negatives or online gallery is available a maximum of 45 days from the wedding date i.e. it is put online up to 45 days after the event. We usually put up a sneak peek the week after the wedding, I know how you love those sneak peeks.

The actual prints are available a maximum of 90 days after the final list from you arrives as to your choice of images. This means that you can come pick them up at our offices after 90 days from when you placed your order. In some cases we may drop them off ourselves if we are in the area and you arranged it with us before the time.

If you’ve ordered an album, we have a draft version up a maximum of 45 days from the wedding date. Complete albums are available 5-6 business weeks after the final approval is given by you. This however depends on the album company and we do not have very much control over that. It really depends on shipping and American public holidays.

We also offer a courier service as a courtesy to those clients who do not have a South African address. This service is at your cost and packages will only be sent out C.O.D which usually needs to be organised from your side.

Lastly, the studio shoots weddings in a documentary style. It is a free flowing style that results in the kind of amazing images you see on this blog week after week, we do not work from set lists and can not gurantee any particular photos. You are very welcome to ask us to pay particular attention to something, such as Angela and Michael who wanted mostly shots of their decor, and we will try meet your needs but not at the expense of our style. You hire us for our shooting style and creativity if we do not shoot in the style you wish let us know and we will happily reccomend someone who will suit you better.

I truely believe that this studio is one of the best in the country and we have a unique style that we have spent many years perfecting. We shoot documentary photography capturing the special moments. We will shoots some formals and some posed images, they are however not our focal point, I can recommend several people who would be better suited for you, if this is important to you.
